“I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t break loudly. It shifts — quietly, consistently — until the impact is felt in culture, performance, and trust. My work sits in that space.”

Corporate speaker: behavioural leadership, self-trust, leadership under pressure

Phetso Ntsowe is the founder of Rise & Reach Consulting and The Incredible Circle™, and a Self-Trust Leadership Strategist for Women. She brings 17 years of experience in banking and risk management — environments where leadership behaviour carries real operational consequence, where decisions are visible, and where the gap between how leaders see themselves and how they are experienced directly affects performance and conduct outcomes.

She built the RISE Framework™ because she could not find a methodology that combined behavioural precision with the kind of identity work that actually changes how leaders lead. Rise & Reach is the firm she wished had existed when she needed it.

I am a Self-Trust Leadership Strategist for Women. I work with high-performing women who carry responsibility, deliver results, and are often seen as strong — but know that something deeper is required to lead at the level they are capable of.

In my experience, the real work of leadership is not visibility. It is self-trust. The ability to hear your own voice clearly. To make decisions without constant external validation. To hold your ground — even when it is uncomfortable. That is where everything changes.

Through my work, I help women move from internal hesitation to grounded leadership presence. Not by adding more noise, but by building clarity, consistency, and alignment between who they are and how they lead.

Alongside this, I bring over 17 years of experience in banking and risk management. I understand how behaviour shows up in high-pressure environments — where decisions carry weight, accountability is visible, and leadership has real consequences.

I believe in quiet leadership. In depth over display. In doing the work, not performing it. And in building leaders who trust themselves enough to lead differently.
