What makes the Academy different

Built on behaviour. Delivered with depth.

01Behavioural depth. Every programme is grounded in Everything DiSC® and the RISE Framework™. We do not teach generic soft-skills content. We teach behaviour — and how to work with it.
02Practitioner-led. Courses are designed and delivered by an Authorized DiSC® Associate with 17+ years of corporate experience in banking, risk, and leadership. Theory tested in real organisations.
03Cohort-based community. Learners progress alongside peers operating at a similar altitude. Conversation, accountability, and connection are part of the architecture — not an afterthought.
04Accredited & approved. Rise & Reach is BQA registered and HRDC approved in Botswana. Programmes can be structured to qualify for organisational learning levies and formal recognition.
How a cohort works

Enquire & align

A short conversation to understand your context — individual, team, or organisational — and confirm the right programme fit.

Step 02

Profile & prepare

Where relevant, learners complete an Everything DiSC® assessment before the cohort begins. Pre-work is brief and purposeful.

Step 03

Engage & apply

Live sessions, peer practice, and structured reflection. Insight is translated into behaviour you can repeat outside the room.

Step 04

Sustain & extend

Post-cohort touchpoints, optional coaching, and access to the wider RISE community keep the change in motion.
